Every morning, I wake up at around 6:30. I do not check my phone immediately, because I prefer to start my day with a clear mind. Instead, I drink a glass of water and stretch for a few minutes. After that, I go for a short walk outside. This helps me feel fresh and ready to focus.
When I return home, I prepare a healthy breakfast. Usually, I eat eggs, bread, and some fruit. I believe breakfast is very important because it gives me energy for the rest of the day. While eating, I sometimes listen to a short podcast in English. This way, I improve my listening skills while enjoying my meal.
After breakfast, I start working on my main tasks. I always write a to-do list so I know exactly what I should focus on. For example, today I need to finish a project, reply to some emails, and record a video for my YouTube channel. Writing a list makes me more organized and less stressed.
In the afternoon, I usually take a break. I either read a book, go for another walk, or meet a friend for coffee. I think balance is very important. Working all the time makes me tired, but relaxing for a while gives me new energy.
In the evening, I do some light exercise, like push-ups or jogging. After dinner, I sometimes watch a TV show in English. This is fun, but it is also a way to practice the language. Finally, before going to bed, I reflect on my day and write a few notes in my journal.
This routine helps me stay healthy, productive, and motivated every day.
